Vertical misalignment or banding
Try one or more of these solutions:
❏ For Windows, turn off the High Speed setting in the Quality
Options dialog box. See the online help for more information.
For Mac OS X, turn off the High Speed setting in the Print
Settings selected in the Print dialog. See the online help for
more information.
❏ Run the Print Head Alignment utility. For Windows, see
"Using the Printer Utilities" on page 31. For Mac OS X, see
"Using Printer Utilities" on page 53.
