Cause
The paper cassette guide
clips are not set to the
correct positions.
Cause
Toner cartridge(s) is (are)
defective or low.
Print media is outside of
the recommended
specifications.
Print media is moist.
The OPC drum cartridge
is old or damaged.




                          
Solution
Set the vertical and
horizontal guide clips
to their correct positions.
Solution
Remove the toner
cartridges and rock them
as you would with a new
cartridge. Then, reinstall
the cartridges. If this
doesn't help, the toner
cartridge may be
defective. Replace
the toner cartridge.
Replace the print media
with a recommended
type.
Replace the print media.
Replace the OPC drum
cartridge.
