The engine can't
communicate with the
memory in the OPC drum
cartridge.
The media is the specified
cassette in the high-
capacity input feeder is
low.
Media has jammed as it
neared one of the
printer's two exit areas
(top or side output bin).
Media has jammed in the
fuser area.
Media has jammed in the
area near the standard
cassette, multipurpose
tray, or optional large-
capacity input feeder.
The media size specified
in the print job is not in the
tray selected.
A status page is printing
The fuser oil roller needs
replacing.
The OPC drum cartridge
needs to be replaced.
The reset accounting
operation is in process.
Do this...
Replace the OPC
drum cartridge. If
the problem
remains, call for
service.
Insert more media.
Remove the media
jam.
Remove the media
jam.
Remove the media
jam.
Make sure the tray
selected and the
media size match.
Wait until after the
status page prints,
and the message
clears.
Install a new fuser
oil roller.
Install a new OPC
drum cartridge.
