Gear Box Assembly Disassembly And Assembly - Rexel CB345E Service And Parts Manual

SECTION 14 – GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY (A55222 – 230V, A55251 – 115V)
MODELS CB345E, CB355E, CB405E, WB705E
Disassembly :-
1. Carry out previous sections where applicable.
2. Remove 2 off 13 tooth spur gears from electric lay shaft.
3. Remove 2 off e-clips from electric lay shaft.
4. Remove shaft from gear box assembly.
5. Unplug green 3 way header from main PCB
6. Unscrew 3 off torx head screws which connect the main PCB (via mounting blocks) to the gear
box end plate and motor support bracket
7. Unscrew 6 off torx head screws from motor support bracket to release gearbox and motor. Snip
cable tie holding motor to support bracket.
8. Unscrew M8 nut on capacitor and unplug connectors from capacitor. Remove capacitor.
9. Unscrew 4 off torx head screws from gearbox end plate. Pull end plate from gear box.
10. Unscrew 7 off torx head screws from gear box under side. Remove bottom casing.
11. Lift gears and shafts out of upper gear box casing.
12. Unscrew 3 off torx head screws holding motor to gear box top casing. Remove gear box top
casing.
13. Remove e-clip from motor/pinion assembly. Remove pinion from motor shaft.
