SECTION 11 – PUNCHES
MODEL CB345E
Removal :-
1. Carry out previous sections where applicable.
2. Pull one-piece punch plate out of engagement with stripper plate.
Replacement :-
1. Locate one-piece punch plate into slots in stripper plate and push into engagement.
2. Rebuild binder to refit handle and use handle to push punch plate into full engagement with die
plate.
MODELS CB355E, CB405E, WB705E
Removal :-
1. Carry out previous sections where applicable.
2. Unscrew three torx head screws from die plate assembly.
3. Remove punch retaining plate.
4. Pull punches out of engagement with stripper and die plate as required.
Replacement:-
1. Slide punches into engagement with stripper and die plates.
2. Replace punch retaining plate.
3. Refit three torx head screws into die plate assembly.
ALTERNATIVELY
Removal:-
1. Carry out previous sections where applicable.
2. Pull retaining roll pin out of punches which are to be removed.
3. Pull required punches out of engagement with stripper and die plate.
Replacement :-
1. Slide punches into engagement with stripper and die plates.
2. Refit roll pins to retain punches.
