Squeeze together outer pairs of hinge arms, until hinge lugs disengage, and pull back lid to remove hinge arms from top casing slots.

Remove spring clips from comb opening knob(s) and pull knob(s) from spindle. Remove two small springs from knob/side frame housing.

    5. Remove two rubber feet from front locations in lower casing. Replacement :- 1. (CB345e and CB355e) Lift mechanism into lower casing and locate side frames into recesses and retention clips. 2. (CB405e and WB705e) Lift mechanism into lower casing and position so that it doesn’t sit fully back in casing.

Unscrew four off torx head screws fixing side frames to die support block and four torx head screws fixing side frames to wire thumb wheel support.
