1 With the power on and the printer in a fault
condition, record the Fault Codes displayed in the
lower left corner of the touch screen.

2 Record the Machine Serial Number from the label
on the inside lower left cover of the printer.
3 If the problems are print quality problems, save
the defective prints for the Xerox service
representative to examine.
