The ability to easily create and manage guest accounts is the primary function of ClearPass Guest.
Guest Manager provides complete control over the user account creation process. Using the built-in
customization editor you can customize fields, forms and views as well as the forms for guest self-
registration.

Accessing Guest Manager

Use the Guest Manager command on the home page to access the guest management features.
Alternatively, use the Guest Manager navigation menu to jump directly to any of the features within Guest
Manager.

About Guest Management Processes

There are two major ways to manage guest access – either by your operators provisioning guest accounts,
or by the guests self-provisioning their own accounts. Both of these processes are described in the next
sections.
