Incorrect paper size is loaded in the specified tray. xxx indicates the number of the
tray or bypass tray. yyy indicates the paper size. XXX indicates the type of paper.
Load the specified paper in the specified trays.

Paper Jam has occurred at the registration unit. Push button A to open front cover A
and remove any paper.

Paper Jam has occurred at the fuser. Push up button A to open the front cover, or
push button B to open front cover B, and then remove any paper.

Paper Jam has occurred at the duplexer. Push button B to open front cover B and
remove any paper.

The printer memory is full and cannot continue processing the current print job.
• Press the <Eject/Set> button to clear the message, cancel the current print job,
and conduct the next print job, if any.
• Press the <Cancel> button to cancel the print job.
• Press the <Menu> button to open the Print Menu and delete the job being held.
• To avoid this error in the future, do the following:
• Delete unnecessary fonts, macros, and other data in printer memory.
• Install additional printer memory.
Error relating to PCL emulation problems has occurred.
• Press the <Eject/Set> button to clear the message, cancel the current print job,
and conduct the next print job, if any.
• Press the <Cancel> button to cancel the print job.
The image sensor is dirty. Clean the image sensor.

A paper jam occurs. Clear the paper path.

All trays are not inserted into the printer. Insert all paper trays.
The specified tray is not inserted into the printer. Insert the paper tray. xxx indicates
the number of the tray or bypass tray.
The printer is in the custom toner mode. Though some of the toner cartridges reach
the end of their lives, you can continue printing.
A system error has occurred. Press the <Eject/Set> button to clear the message.
The specified tray is out of paper. Load paper.
