Symptom
Nothing is printed. Multiple sheets are fed at one time
(double-feed).
Drum cartridge has deteriorated or
is damaged.
White areas or colored High-voltage power supply may be
stripes appears. faulty.
The paper is damp.
Unsuitable paper is being used.
Paper is wrinkled or Unsuitable paper is being used.
characters are blurred.
You added paper before the tray ran
out of paper.
The paper is damp.
Vertical blanks appear. Drum cartridge is deteriorated or
damaged.
Toner cartridge is out of toner.
Cause
Fan sheets well before loading them
again.
