Important
• Be sure to load paper that meets the above requirements in each paper tray. Be sure also to set the
correct paper sizes, paper types, and paper trays when sending print requests from your print driver.
Loading paper that is not supported or defining wrong settings can cause paper jams.
• Moisture, such as water, rain, and humidity can cause print images to come off from paper. For more
information, contact our Customer Support Center or your dealers.
Paper for 2-Sided Printing
The following sizes and types of paper can be used for 2-sided printing when using the
duplex unit (optional for DocuPrint C3055).

Note
• When you want to print on both sides of paper that does not support 2-sided printing, print the reverse
side of the paper by manually feeding it into the bypass tray. In this case, set [Paper Type] of your print
driver to [xxx-Side 2].

If using general paper (commercially available paper), make sure that it meets the following
specifications. To achieve the best print quality, however, we recommend you to use the
standard paper (introduced in the next page) instead.
