These parameters apply to call control packets, such as the network protocol
signaling.

Null
This parameter allows the DSCP of
packets to be specified. If set to a
value this will override the other
qos.ip.callControl...
parameters. Default of Null which
means the other
qos.ip.callControl...
parameters will be used.

TOS field of the IP header, or else
don't set it.

If set to 1, set max-throughput bit in
the IP TOS field of the IP header, or
