DSC OPERATION

■ MMSI code programming
The 9-dgt MMSI (Martme Moble Servce Identty: DSC self
ID) code can be programmed at power ON.
This code programming can be performed only twice.
q Whle pushng and holdng [MENU], push [POWER] to
enter MMSI code programmng condton.
• Turn power OFF n advance.
w After the dsplay appears, release [MENU].
e Enter "MMSI check" n DSC Set up menu.

(Push [MENU])
r Edt the specfic MMSI code drectly wth the keypad.
• Rotate [SELECTOR] to move the cursor backward or forward.
MMSI Check

t After enterng the 9-dgt code, push [ENT] to set the code.
• Returns to the DSC set up menu.
y Push [CLR] or rotate [SELECTOR] to select "Exit,"
push [ENT] to return to DSC menu.
• Repeat agan to return to the normal operaton condton.

■ DSC address ID

A total of 100 DSC address IDs can be programmed and
named wth up to 10 characters.
D Programming Individual ID
q Enter "Add:INDV ID" n DSC Set up menu.

DSC Menu Set up
(Push [MENU]) (Rotate [SELECTOR], then push [ENT].)
w Set the ndvdual ID and ID name drectly wth the key-
pad.
• Edt the 9-dgts of the approprate dstress ID drectly wth the
keypad.
• Rotate [SELECTOR] to move the cursor backward or forward.
• Push [CE] to clear the ID and name.
• Push [CLR] to cancel and ext the condton.
