Drop the teed dogs (see page 62).
t. Match the center of the buttonholes to the center of the stoten the presser foot.
2. Adjust the stitch width so that needle wilt drop in each hole.
3. Lower the toot to hold the button in place.
Turn the hand wheel by hand so that needle will enter either hole of the button.
4. Stitch several times.
To strengthen the shank, cut the threads
leaving an 8- tail. Bring the needte
thread down through the hole in the
button and wind it around the shank.
Draw the thread to the bottom side and
knot.
When finished, raise the teed dogs (see
page 62).

Rentrez los griffes d" entrainement _voir page 63).
1. Alignez le centre des trous du bouton avec ie centre de la fente _l m_me Ie pied
preSSSllr.
2. R#glez te S#lecteur de largeur de point pour que l' aiguille descende clans chaque
trou dtt bottton.
3. Abalssez le pied presseur pour que ceha-ci maintienne le bouton en place.
Fortes tourner manuellenzent le volant pour que l'aigtdlle entre dans l'nn ott
r antre trou du bottton.
4, Effectuez ptusieurs piqares.
Pourfmre une tige sons le bottton, cottpez
los ills f 8 po.. Glissez le fil d'atgtdlle
dons un b-ott et entourez la queue.
Passez le fil sous le lJssu et nouez-le.
Lorsqtte volts oyez termine, sortez les
g iffes d entraInenlent (votrpage 63),
