Navigating Among Multiple MC Mixes

Multiple MC Mixes act as one big control surface with a bank size of eight tracks.
For example, three linked MC Mixes can show 24 contiguous tracks. The BANK
and NUDGE keys perform the identical actions on the combined set of tracks.
