As mentioned previously,the saw has been factory
assembled and adjusted.
MITER LOCK HANDLE
See Figure 8,
Cut the tie-wraps holding the saw arm and the miter rock
In place. To Instal[ the miter lookhandle, place the thread~
ed stud into the threaded hole in the controlerm. Turn
clockwiseto tighten.

To Installthe dust guide, ptace the end over the exhaust
port in the upper blade guard. rum the guide so that the
open end is facing down or toward the rear of the saw.

DUST BAG
See Figure 10.
A duet bag is provided for use on th_smiter saw. It fits
o'_e_ "_h_dust guide or the upper b_adeguam. To Ir,stat_,
squeeze the two metal clips to open the mouth of the bag
and slide it on to the dust guide. Release the _ips. The
metal ringin the bag shouldlock in between the grooves
on the dust guide.
To remove the dust bag for emptying,simply reversethe
above procsqure.
