Recording a still image on a tape - Tape Photo recording
You can record still images on tapes with the self-timer. You can also use the Remote
Commander for this operation.
(1) In the standby mode, press FN and select PAGE3.
(2) Press SELFTIMER.
The _ (self-tilner) indicator appears on the screen.
(3) Press PHOTO firmly.
Self-tilner starts counting down from 10 with a beep sound. I1_the last 2
seconds of the countdown, the beep sound gets faster, then the recording starts
automatically.

To cancel the self-timer recording
Press SELFTIMER so that the, O (self-tim_,r) indicator disappears from the screc_n whik,
vour camcorder is in the standby mode. You cannot cancel the self-timer recording
using the Remote Con_mander.
Note
The self-timer recording mode is automatically cancelled when:
The self-timer recording is finished.
-The POWER switch is set to OFF (CHARGE) or VCR.
