Recording a picture from a tape as a
moving picture
Your camcorder can read moving picture data recorded on a tape and record it as a
nroving picture on a "Memory Stick." Your canrcorder can also take in nroving picture
data through the input connector and record it as a moving picture on a "Memory
Stick."
Before operation
• Insert a recorded tape into your canrcorder.
• Insert a "Memory Stick" into vour camcorder.
(1) Set the POWER switch to VCR.
(2) Press [_. The picture recorded on the tape is played back. And press
again at the scene where you want to start recording from.
(3) Press START/STOP. When IMAGESIZE in the menu settings is set to 160 ×
i12, the nlaxinmm recording time is 60 seconds. However, when IMAGESIZE
in the menu settings is set to 320 x 240, the maxinmln recording time is i5
seconds.
