Playing back a tape
To operate video control buttons, set the POWER switch to VCR.
When using the touch panel
(1) Press FN and select PAGE3.
(2) Press V SPD PLAY to display video control buttons.
To view a still image (playback pause)
Press [_]/II during playback. To r€,sl.lmortormal playback, pross [_;_ / II again.
To advance the tape
Press _/_ in tho stop mode. To rosumo normal playback, pross _/_P'_.
To rewind the tape
Pross _ / _ in tho stop mode. To rosumo normal playback, press _ / _P'_.
To change the playback direction
Press [_/_111 < during playback to roverse the playback diroction. To pauso
playback, press _/I I . To resume normal playback, press [_/1_.
To locate a scene monitoring the picture (picture search)
Koop pressing [_/.,q141 or _/D,_ during playback. To resumo normal playback,
release the button.
To monitor the high-speed picture while advancing or
rewinding the tape (skip scan)
Koop pressing [_ / _ while rowinding or _ / _ whilo advancing tho tapo. To
resume rewinding or advancing, release the button.
To view the picture at slow speed (slow playback)
Press ffi_/t_- during playback. For slow playback in tho roverse direction, pross _ /
_111<, then press [_/I_. To pause playback, press [_/n . To resume normal
playback, press _ / I_.
To view the picture at double speed
Press [_/x2 during playback. For doublo speod playback in the rovorse diroction,
press [_/_111 <, then press [_/x2. To pause playback, press _/n. To resume
normal playback, press [_/I_.
To view the picture frame-by-frame
Pross [_ / 2> II1_ in the playback pause modo. Fox"framo-by-framo playback in tho
reverse direction, press [_/_111 <. To resume normal playback, press [_/I_.
To search the last scene recorded (END SEARCH)
Press END SCH on PAGE1 in tho stop modo. Tho last 5 soconds of tho rocordod soction
plays back and stops.
