3.6 Selecting a Paper/Size Setting

To specify the size of the paper in the bypass tray

Paper can be fed manually through the bypass tray if you wish to copy onto paper

that is not loaded into a paper drawer, or if you wish to copy onto special paper.

For details on loading the paper into the bypass tray, refer to "Loading Paper

Into the Bypass Tray" on page 2-35.

Touch [Paper/Size].

A screen appears, showing the available Paper/Size settings.

Touch [Bypass].

The Size/Type screen appears.

Select the size of the

paper to be loaded.

If the desired paper

size is not listed,

touch [Other Sizes]

to display a screen

additional paper

For details on specifying a custom paper size, refer to "To set a non-

standard (custom) paper size" on page 3-22.

Touch [Paper Type].

The Paper Type screen appears.
