Locating the Serial Number

When ordering supplies or contacting Xerox for assistance, you will be asked to provide your printer's
serial number.
The serial number can be read from the printer's touch screen.
1. Press the Machine Status button. If necessary, touch the Machine Information tab.
2. The serial number is displayed on the left side of the Machine Information screen.
If the serial number cannot be read from the printer's touch screen, it can also be found inside the printer.
1. If Tray 6 is installed, slide the entire Tray 6 High Capacity Feeder assembly to the left until it stops.
