Description
Voice mail service is not
enabled on AltiWare.
AltiView uses this dll to
communicate with Alti-
Ware. It should be regis-
tered in user system.
The password and confir-
mation box entries do not
match.
You tried to log in with
the IP extension option
without the IP-Talk
License.
The installed version of
AltiView is outdated from
AltiWare release.
Solution
Make sure voice mail service is
started.
Re-register this file. Type in DOS
command window, regsver32
AlpInterface.dll
Change directory to AltiView
directory, type regsver32
AlpInterface.dll
Make sure you are entering the
password correctly in both boxes.
Confirm that your extension is set
up as an IP extension with
dynamic IP address and that an IP-
Talk License has been registered.
Upgrade AltiView to version 5.0A
(install matching version of AltiV-
iew).
