Remember to fill out the Diagnostics Checklist. If possible, turn on your printer before you call Dell for assistance and call from a telephone at or near the
printer. You may be asked to relay detailed information during operations, or try other troubleshooting steps possible only at the printer itself. Ensure that the
printer documentation is available.
