Refer to the following when replacing the PROMs (for example, when upgrading the version number). At this time,
be particularly careful not to make a mistake with the direction of the PROM.

The PROM which is marked "MN" is the main PROM.
This PROM is mounted in position (1).
The PROM which is marked "MT" is the machine
motor PROM.
This PROM is mounted in position (2).
The PROM which is marked "PL" is the panel PROM.
This PROM is mounted in position (3).
* The figure inside the box indicates
the version number.
