This function moves the knife with respect to the seam in
order to ensure that distances a and a' are equal.
1. When cutting before sewing, the difference between a
and a' will change depending on the cloth opening
amount.
2. Set the knife position compensation value I so that the
two are equal.
(Move the knife to the positive direction (+) when
increasing the cloth opening amount.
