Conductivity Low,

Conductivity Limits Set to Conductivity limits were found to be

conductivity for both the inlet and
outlet sensors be in range

Cooling Down
The machine is cooling down from a
heat disinfect.

Type Action Required
4) Turn off the dialysate flow. Reconnect the connector to the wand
and turn on the dialysate flow. Allow 5 minutes for the
conductivity to reach the prescribed level. Verify correct
conductivity and pH before beginning treatment with a patient.
Sample the dialysate fluid from the blue dialysate connector and
verify the conductivity and the pH using independent testing
devices.
If conductivity alarm persists, discontinue treatment and remove
patient from the machine. Perform an acid cleaning followed by a
complete rinse cycle. Test machine operation. If conductivity alarm
persists, take the machine out of service and alert a qualified
technician
Opening After entering Dialysis, verify that the conductivity limits are as
Screen desired.
Advisory Wait until the conductivity is stable and start the OLC test again. If
the message repeats, do not use OLC until the conductivity sensors
have been recalibrated.
Advisory Press CONFIRM or change the concentrate selection and then press
CONFIRM.
Warning Insert the concentrate connectors into their proper rinse ports.
Advisory Advisory message only. No action is required.
Advisory To proceed with the selected operation, close the shunt door.
Dialog No action is necessary.
