Displaying Name Server Information

Fabric Manager launches Web Tools to display Name Server entries listed in the Simple Name Server
database (see
the local domain. Each row in the table represents a different device. For detailed instructions on using
the Web Tools Name Server module, see the Web Tools Administrator's Guide.

To display Name Server entries
1. Select a fabric from the View panel or from the Fabrics tab in the Information panel.
2. Right-click the fabric and select Name Server from the context menu, as shown in

Web Tools launches and displays the Name Server Table for the fabric selected (see

Name Server entries are not automatically polled by default. Click Refresh in the Name Server window
to poll Name Server entries. You can also click the Auto Refresh checkbox and specify a time interval
at which the Name Server entries will be automatically refreshed.
