Fabric Zoning

Find Zones

You can find zones by using the Find Zone option in the Edit menu (Zones tab).
Use this option to get a quick view of which zone sets a selected zone is part of.
Once you find a zone in a specific zone set, you can remove the zone from the
zone set using the Remove button on the Find Zone dialog box. To find zones:
1. Choose the Zones tab in the Zoning Library dialog box.
2. Click a zone to select it.
3. Choose Edit > Find Zone.
4. If you want to remove the zone from zone sets, click Remove.
5. Perform one of the following tasks:

Find Zone Members

Use this option to find zones where a zone member's WWN or nickname (if
configured) is located. Once located, you can remove the member from specific
zones or all zones or replace the member with a different WWN or nickname.
1. While in either the Zones or Zone Sets tab, choose Edit > Find Member.
2. The Find WWN/Nickname dialog box displays.

The Find Zone dialog box displays listing all zone sets where the zone was
found.
The Remove Zone dialog box displays with the radio button selected to
remove the zone from the zone set that is currently selected in the Zone Sets
tab.
Click OK to remove the zone from the selected zone set.
Click the All Zone Sets radio button, then OK to remove the zone from
all zone sets in the library.
