7. Add members to the new zone using the following steps:

a. Decide if you want to add members by port number or WWN of attached
node.
— If you want to add zone members by port number only (not supported
in Open Fabric 1.0 interop mode), click the Add by Port radio button
at the bottom of the display area. Click the icon next to the domain
folder again to display only the products in the Attached ports/nodes
area. If the operating mode is set to Open Fabric Mode and you select
the Add by port number option, the following message displays:
"Zoning by port number is not supported in Open
Fabric Mode".
— If you want to add zone members by the WWNs of attached nodes,
click the Add by WWN radio button, then click the icon by the
domain folder again. This displays all ports and the WWNs of nodes
attached to those ports in the Attached ports/nodes area. To display
nodes by their WWN or nicknames (if configured), click the Display
Options button and select either Nickname or World Wide Name
from the Display Options dialog box. Click the icon by the domain
folder again to expand the list of nodes.
b. Click a node or port in the expanded list to highlight it. To select multiple
members individually, press Ctrl and click members. To select multiple
members in order, press Shift and click the first and last members of the
group you want to move.
