Work-around: Use the OIDs that the SNMP agent sends.
When applying policies to interfaces that are managed by SRC, give careful
consideration to using other policy management tools, such as CLI, RADIUS,
CoA, or Service Manager. Policies that are applied to the interface before SRC
management begins, such as at access-accept time, are properly replaced.
However, if other policy managers change existing policies while SRC
management is active, problems can occur.
The precedence of each source when modifying configurations is:
If you have a pre-configured policy through CLI or RADIUS as part of
subscriber PVC/VLAN provisioning, the existing policy becomes inactive
and SRC manages the subscriber interface. When SRC stops managing the
interface, the preconfigured policy becomes active. However, if you change
the policy on the interface using CLI or CoA, problems can occur.
If you have a policy in the Access-Accept, the existing policy becomes
inactive and SRC manages the interface.
If the SRP module restarts when SSH is configured in a VR other than default,
SSH can sometimes become disabled. This happens if SSH attempts to bind
with a VR before the VR comes back up after the restart. In this event, a
warning message is generated to alert you to the fact that SSH is disabled in
that VR. You must manually re-enable SSH either by accessing the console VTY
or creating a Telnet session to the router.
