Troubleshooting
This section describes how to troubleshoot any problems you might have
with the NC-2 print server, the printer, or any network operating system
(NOS). First, go to Diagnosing Problems below, then go to the appropriate
hardware or network protocol section to troubleshoot the problem.
Should you be unable to correct a problem that is network related, contact
the authorized dealer.
For routine service requirements or questions, contact the authorized dealer.
Diagnosing Problems
Many problems can be resolved simply by checking the following items to
help narrow down your focus:
• Blinking Green or amber status LEDs:
Check Green and Amber LED conditions starting on this page,
and check status page to confirm setup.
• Error Page is output:
Follow instruction on the printed Error Page.
Green LED Conditions
When the LED is green, use the following table to determine the condition
of the print server.
