Passport, it is essential that you follow the proper instructions for installation. You must first load the software provided on the CD-ROM included in the kit before you insert Passport PC card into your notebook PC. This initial setup process takes just a few minutes. -

Installation DO NOT insert the Passport PC card before you install the software onto your notebook PC. Once you install the Warning: software and drivers you will be prompted to insert Passport into the Type II PC Card slot.
