These virtual applications can be distributed throughout your organization. Users will be able to run the virtual

application in an isolation environment that does not conflict with their operating system or existing applications.

You can also use Windows Installer Converter's Pre-Conversion Evaluation feature to test applications for

virtualization readiness prior to proceeding with conversion.

You can also convert a Windows Installer package to a virtual application using InstallShield Editor's

Microsoft App-V Assistant, ThinApp Assistant, or Citrix Assistant. Using the InstallShield Editor Assistants, you can

configure a virtual application's files, folders, shortcuts, registry settings, isolation options, and build options. See

You can use the Windows Installer Converter to convert a Windows Installer

application, a ThinApp application, or a Citrix profile for Citrix XenApp.

You could then distribute the virtual application throughout your organization.
