About the Monitor panel
The Monitor panel lets you view and play the content of the current timeline or slideshow, as well as add and edit
subtitles and chapter points. It displays the frame marked by the timeline's current-time indicator and can play all or
portions of the timeline. If the selected timeline contains multiple audio or subtitle tracks, you determine which track
to play by activating the track using the track selector.

The Monitor panel includes the following controls:
Moves back to the first frame of the previous subtitle.
Previous Subtitle
Moves forward to the first frame of the next subtitle.
Next Subtitle
Trim Subtitle In-Point To Here
Trim Subtitle Out-Point To Here
Adds a subtitle with the same format as the previous subtitle.
Add Subtitle
Displays the timecode of the currently displayed frame.
Timecode
Moves back to the closest GOP header. (Available only for MPEG-2 video.)
Skip Backward
Plays
Play and Pause buttons
