The storm suppression ratio settings configured for an Ethernet interface may get invalid if you enable
the storm constrain for the interface. For information about the storm constrain function, see

If configured in Ethernet interface view,
this feature takes effect on the current
port only; if configured in port group
view, this feature takes effect on all
ports in the port group.
