lists ways to answer an incoming call:
Then...
Lift the handset.
If the Headset button:
is not lit, then press it.
is lit, then press the Answer softkey or the line button of the
incoming call.
Press the Answer softkey or the Speaker button.
The phone will automatically answer the call when your phone
receives it, if your administrator turned AutoAnswer on for your
extension.
