EXTERNALREADOUTINPUT
The External Readout Input option provides access to the EXT. COLUMN 1 Column data input for External
two readout display words that cannot be programmed via word 1.
plug-ins in the 5441. This option does not alter the display or
words that are programmed from plug-ins.
EXT. COLUMN 2 Column data input for External
word 2.
The words that are accessed by this option appear at the
EXT. ROW 1
Row data input for External word 1.
bottom of the screen as shown in Fig. 6-1. These words are
designated EXT. 1 and EXT.

CONNECTOR DESCRIPTION
The connector provided for the External Redout lnput is
a 25-pin, female connector located on the rear panel of the
5441. The connector mates with an In-Cannot DB-25P,
or equivalent, connector. Refer to Fig. 6-2 for connector pin
assignments.
