This will then populate a device in the lower section of the software. Click on the device in the
lower section and select Disable BOOTP/DHCP.
Occasionally BootP will fail to do this. If it does, don't fret, just click the button again and it
should succeed on the second try. The device is officially set to a static IP once BootP gives the
message [Disable DHCP] Command successful.
