Service procedures for the cover, panels, and connectors
Replace the power switch (3-phase models)
Remove the power switch (3-phase)
1. Complete the following procedures:
a. Set the power switch to OFF (O), disconnect the power cord from the power source, and
disconnect the gas supply.
b. Remove the plasma power supply cover and handle on page
c. Loosen the front panel on page
2. Remove the nut that secures the front panel power switch knob to the front panel.
3. Push the knob out from the rear of the panel.
4. Loosen the screws on the power switch assembly to remove the 6 wires.
Install the power switch (3-phase)
1. Align the tab on the knob with the notch on the front panel.
Secure the knob to the front panel using the plastic nut. Tighten to 2.3 N·m (20 lbf·in).
2. Connect the wires to the power switch assembly.
Tighten to 2.3 N·m (20 lbf·in).
