EXTERNAL KEYBOARD

EXTERNAL MOUSE

The NEC Docking Station 4000 provides simultaneous
keyboard support. When the external keyboard is plugged
in, you can use either or both keyboards.
Follow these steps to connect a PS/2-style keyboard to the
docking station.
Make sure NEC Versa power and docking station power

are off.
2.
Locate the keyboard port on the back of the docking sta-
tion.
3.
Insert the keyboard cable connector in the port.
Turn on power to the NEC Versa and docking station.

The NEC Docking Station 4000 lets you attach an external
mouse. When a mouse is connected, the NEC Versa mouse,
trackball, or NEC VersaGlide is disabled.
Follow these steps to connect a PS/2-style mouse to the
docking station.
