Troubleshooting
1. Power button indicator does not light up and the interactive panel does not turn on: the power supply is faulty. Connect the
interactive panel to another mains socket. Check that the mains are in good working order.
2. Interactive panel responds to the remote control buttons only from a short distance or not at all:
There is an obstacle between the IR receiver and the remote control. Remove the obstacle to the remote control signal;
Batteries in the remote control are discharged. Replace the batteries.
3. Image on the screen has a dotted line or stripe: there is an electrical appliance nearby that is causing interference. Remove the
source of interference or move the interactive panel.
4. There is no image on the screen, touch control does not work – there is no contact with an external device or a mini computer
installed in the interactive panel:
Signal source cable does not match the interface of the interactive panel. Check that the cable matches the interface;
Mini computer is not properly connected to the interactive panel. Make sure that the mini computer is inserted into the slot as
far as it will go and that the screws are securely tightened. If necessary, disconnect the mini computer and reinsert it into the slot,
tighten the screws.
5. Interface on the screen "freezes" or does not respond:
Too many programs are running at the same time. Turn off the power to the device for 1–2 minutes and turn it on again;
The firmware and/or the application you are using is out of date. Update the device firmware and/or application to their latest
versions.
6. Touch control is offset: a failure occurred in the coordinate system of the device. Contact a service center to calibrate the display.
ATTENTION! If none of the suggested solutions solve the problem, contact your supplier or an authorized service center (see
prestigio-solutions.com/warranty for centers' addresses). Do not disassemble the device or attempt to repair it yourself.
