Enable or disable Intel Virtualization technology. When enabled, the VMM
can utilize the additional hardware capabilities provided by Vanderpool
Technology.

Enable or disable the PECI feature.

Enable or disable the AVX feature.
Active Efficient-cores
This is allows you to select the number of E-cores to enable in each
processor package.
BIST
Enable or disable BIST (Built-in Self Test) on reset.

AP Threads Idle Manner for waiting signal to run.
