3-2．Lubrication
How you lubricate will affect the life and smooth movement of the motorized stage.
Check for the lubrication in daily maintenance.
(1) Lubrication in moving parts
See the Lubrication List and periodically oil/grease the moving parts of the
motorized stage.
Oil/Grease sliding parts even if they are not listed.
(2) Notes on Lubrication
1,Check if moving parts are oiled/greased sufficiently.
2,Check if lubricants have not degraded.
3,Periodically oil or grease by referring to the frequencies we are citing in the
Lubrication List.
4, Make sure you are using correct oil/grease.
