The ACT series stage has a knurled knob at the motor shaft, which allows you to rotate

the spindle head manually.
Do not fix actuators so tightly that the body of the stage becomes distorted.

Install the stage so that the load is applied in the traveling direction of the spindle.
•
Applying the load from the side of the stage may adversely affect the accuracy and
become the cause failure. Never use a stage with the load applied in the pulling
directions.
Use the attached nuts to mount the stage onto your device or assemble it into equipment.

In any other methods of fixing, never apply unnecessary load to the stage. Applying
unnecessary load may cause an overload or malfunctions.
