and size given in "Parameter Address Map" (p. 162).
* Data larger than 256 bytes will be divided into packets of 256 bytes or less, and each
packet will be sent at an interval of about 20 ms.
* Regarding the checksum, please refer to (p. 174)
* Not received when the Receive Exclusive parameter (SYSTEM/MIDI&USB) is OFF.
