Section 7 COPIER MANAGEMENT
Paper type (Auto B/W paper selection)
Perform the following procedure to select the types of paper that
will be available for selection under the APS (Auto Paper Selection)
mode when making black and white copies.

Display the "Copy default" screen.

page 7-67.)

Select "Paper Type(Auto BW Paper)" ["Paper Type (Auto
B&W paper)"] under the "Default menu" column on the left
side of the touch panel and then press the "Change #" key.
The "Paper Type(Auto BW Paper)" ["Paper Type (Auto
B&W paper)"]screen will be displayed.

Press the "On" key and then press the keys that correspond
to the types of paper you want to allow to be used under the
auto paper selection mode. If you do NOT want to limit the
types of paper that will be available for use in that mode,
press the "Off" key.

• It is possible to select the type of paper that has been
designated for the drawer[cassette] currently in use.
• If you want to quit the displayed setting without
changing it, press the "Back" key. The touch panel will
return to the screen in step 2.

The touch panel will return to the screen in step 2.

Press the "Close" key once again.
The touch panel will return to the "Default setting" screen.
