the 40MHz XTAL is 10pF here. Part of the crystal start-up time data is attached.
To ensure the IC working normally, the LOP_xtal_delay time must be set greater than the XTAL
setting time to avoid IC crash. The default value of 40MHz XTAL LOP Delay in patch 264 is
0x60(3ms), and the value of LOP_Xtal_delay time can be set through MP TOOL config file. The
value can be selected from 0~0xC0, 32us per step.
