Tools and consumables

Torque wrench
(depending on the screw used and the material of the mounting fixture)

(for example Loctite 274 depending on the location and purpose of use)

6.2.2
Checking the measuring system
Check the MiniCODER and target wheel regularly for damage.
Regularly check whether there are any foreign bodies in the installation space of
the MiniCODER.
6.2.3
Checking the MiniCODER fastening
Regularly check that the screws are tight.
Insert the distance gauge into the installation space between the MiniCODER and
the target wheel.
If necessary, unscrew the two screws counterclockwise and apply threadlocker to
the threads of the two screws.
Screw the two screws clockwise into the mounting fixture and tighten to a maxi-
mum tightening torque of 2.5 Nm.
Remove the distance gauge.
Maintenance ist completed.

Cleaning the MiniCODER
NOTICE
Penetration of foreign bodies or liquids!

Do not use a pressure washer.
Clean the MiniCODER regularly with a damp, lint-free cloth.
