Configuring a SATA RAID array

To configure a SATA RAID array:
1.
At the BIOS splash screen, press any key to view option ROM messages.

Press
F6

On the Define a New Array screen, RAID Mode is highlighted in blue and mirroring is set as the
default setting. Press
striping, stripe mirroring, spanning, and RAID 5.

Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight in red the desired RAID type, then press
RAID mode will be highlighted in blue.
