TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: Before cleaning and maintaining the appliance, turn off the machine and unplug
the power cord to prevent electric shock.
1. FUNCTIONING TEMPERATURE
- The dehumidifier operates within a specific temperature range: 5-35°C.
- If the ambient temperature is lower or higher than this range, the dehumidifier will stop
operating.
- When the ambient temperature is between 5-16°C, the compressor will automatically
defrost at intervals. During defrosting, the compressor stops while the fan continues to
run.
2. BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Before calling for professional service, review the troubleshooting table below:

Solution
Connect to a functioning outlet and switch the
appliance on.
- Drain the water tank and reset it.
- Reposition the water tank, ensuring it is properly
placed.
When in these temperatures, the self-protection
function is activated to protect the appliance.
Clean the air filter as instructed.
Ensure the discharge duct and intake duct are
clear.
Wash the filter.
Place the appliance on a flat and level surface.
Wash the filter.
Change the sensor.
The dehumidifier shuts down for self- protection.
